Point Loma is a four year comprehensive high school serving grades 9-12 with a wide range of courses, including fine academic programs, extensive elective offerings, and excellent extracurricular opportunities. Our ethnically diverse student population, of approximately 2000 students reside primarily from the Point Loma community. Point Loma has received a six-year accreditation in May 2015, by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).​Dedicated in 1925, Point Loma High School is the third largest of 16 high schools in the San Diego Unified School District and carries a tradition of pride and excellence.
