Welcome to Pacific Trails Middle School! We are located in the Pacific Highlands Ranch neighborhood in Carmel Valley, next to Canyon Crest Academy. When construction began on June 1, 2014, we were simply known as Middle School #5, but with input from parents, students, and staff the SDUHSD Board of Trustees formally adopted the name of Pacific Trails Middle School on November 13, 2014.
