In this session a panel of university faculty and a member of K-16 youth organization will discuss the issue of how best to develop and support university/K-12 school collaborations. Questions to be addressed include: 1) who should initiate such collaborations, 2) how can they be integrated into the academic programs at both levels of education, and 3) what role should each participating entity play in the development, implementation, and evaluation of such efforts.
